You will investigate real linguistic patterns and work with advanced tools, including eye‑tracking technology and professional‑quality audio equipment, gaining the hands‑on experience that today’s employers expect.

After building a strong foundation in linguistics, you can specialise in the areas that excite you most. You’ll complete a dissertation on a topic of your choice, working one‑to‑one with an academic expert. You also have the option to study abroad or undertake a work placement, helping you broaden your horizons and prepare for life after graduation.
