Active Staff Programme
Our Active Staff programme offers a wide range of fitness activities for Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ staff. Join in one of our fun activities on offer including Staff Bootcamp, Wellbeing Walk and Five-a-Side Football. The events on offer may change so check out the Active Staff page for the latest information.
Fitness Classes
Our fitness classes are open to all. From HITT81, precision cycling, and yoga to our couch to 5k, there's something for everyone.
Sport Facilities
Enjoy our squash and tennis courts, or use our netball and basketball hall. We also have a football Astro pitch ready for action. You can also hire sport equipment.
Climbing Courses
Join our six-week climbing courses for both adults and juniors (ages 7–16). Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your skills, our experienced instructors will guide you through the essentials, helping you learn the ropes and build confidence on the wall.
